"stories that deserve to be heard"
Made in Bulgaria, raised in Morocco, matured in the UK and currently based in New York City, I am a freelance journalist with a background in interior architecture, five years’ experience in design and architecture journalism, and an extensive, international network of creatives and industry professionals.
My interests gravitate around urbanism, sustainability and social design but I cover architecture, design, cities and everything in between.
From 2018-2019, I was Editor of OnOffice Magazine in London. I
exhibitions (Countryside: The Future; Made in Tokyo; Nature), documentaries (Hollywood's Architect) and wannabe landmarks (the Vessel). I have also written about the 500-year old sidewalk chalk art history, and the effects of Covid-19 on a 1940s era motel in Vegas.
Whether it be through travels, established contacts or social media, I pride myself in scouting out exclusive projects like Anis — a new office tower in Nice by French architects Nicolas Laisné and Dimitri Roussel, or a contemporary apartment in one of the Bulgarian capital’s modernist icons, by DontDIY.
Bylines include: Curbed, Metropolis, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper*, Interior Design, Blueprint, Icon, Dezeen, and OnOffice.
